The 2023 13th International Conference on Languages, Literature and Linguistics held in Tokyo, Japan, from November 25 to 27, 2023, was a resounding success, drawing participants from 37 countries and regions worldwide. The conference served as a global platform for the exchange of ideas, insights, and research findings in the field of education and e-learning.
The ICEEL 2023 have

Our conferences aim to
delve into the myriad facets of education and language
studies. We are delighted to announce two enlightening
keynote speeches by luminaries in their respective
fields: Professor Hironori Washizaki from Waseda
University, Japan, and Professor Katsuaki Suzuki from
